MY STORY
Before becoming a nutritionist, I worked in the corporate world after completing a Bachelor of Business, with roles both in Sydney and New York.
During that time, my own health began to struggle. I was experiencing eczema, headaches, digestive issues and increasing food intolerances. I knew I didn't feel my best and became determined to understand why.
I started researching nutrition and became fascinated by the connection between what we eat, how we feel and our overall health. That interest eventually led me to complete a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and change the direction of my career.
For more than 10 years, I've now had the privilege of helping women improve their health and lose weight and I've seen just how confusing weight loss has become.
Eat less. Cut carbs. Count calories. Avoid certain foods. Follow another meal plan.
For many women, years of dieting and restriction haven't just left them confused about how to eat, they've created an unhealthy relationship with food and a disconnect from their own bodies.
I realised women needed to learn how to build balanced meals, understand portions and eat in a way that keeps them full and satisfied while supporting weight loss.
But they also needed to change the thoughts and behaviours keeping them stuck and build habits that work in real life.
That became the foundation for THE SHIFT — bringing nutrition, mindset and behaviour change together to help women lose weight and create results they can maintain.
